Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary
30-Day Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel within 30 days.
After 30 Days: Refunds are pro-rated based on reels delivered + 1 buffer week already completed.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancel Anytime: Just email us at support@10xsocial.co.
No Refunds for work already completed or delays caused by late client submissions.

At 10xSocial (operated by Kaitsta Technologies Private Limited, India), we want you to be fully satisfied with our done-for-you Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds work for our subscriptions.
1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
- All new subscriptions (monthly or annual) are covered by a 30-day refund guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by emailing us at support@10xsocial.co.
- Refunds will always be issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
2. Refunds After 30 Days
- Beyond the first 30 days, payments become partially refundable based on work already completed.
- We will calculate the number of reels we've created for you under your subscription (15 reels/month or 30 reels/month) and deduct the cost of completed work.
- Buffer Week Deduction: Please note that we work one week ahead (a buffer week). This means we may have already prepared content for the upcoming week. The value of this prepared work will also be deducted before calculating your refund.
- The remaining unused portion of your subscription will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds are provided for work already completed.
- No refunds are provided once the subscription cycle has ended without a cancellation request.
- No refunds are provided for missed deadlines or delays caused by the client (e.g., late delivery of raw footage).
4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@10xsocial.co.
- Cancellations are effective immediately, and you will no longer be billed in future cycles.
- If you cancel after 30 days, your refund will follow the pro-rated calculation described above.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you have an issue with your service, please email us first at support@10xsocial.co.
- Most concerns can be resolved quickly without the need for a Stripe chargeback.
- Submitting a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and services.
