Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by 10xSocial (operated by Kaitsta Technologies Private Limited, India) ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

10xSocial provides a done-for-you monthly Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts service—including editing, captioning, and posting to help grow your brand online.

Our services are available globally and are offered only through monthly or annual subscriptions.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

Payment must be completed before services begin.

Refund Policy:

• We offer refunds if you are not satisfied with our work within the first 30 days of your subscription.
• After 30 days or upon the second renewal, no refunds will be provided.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients must:

• Provide raw video files on time for editing.
• Grant us access to required tools, including Google Drive/Dropbox, scheduling tools, and social media accounts (if needed).
• Ensure they own or have rights to the content they provide.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or affect service delivery, for which we are not liable.

4. Ownership of Content

Clients retain full ownership of the final edited content we deliver.

With your permission, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

5. Service Limitations & Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Social media platform bans, suspensions, or reach reductions.
• Issues caused by third-party tools or integrations.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in your most recent billing cycle.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.

No advance notice period is required for termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
